The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Returning Goods
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ThisNThatKwickKustoms@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
No returns on any custom/personalized orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The products were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The products are in the original packaging.
The following products cannot be returned:
- The supply of products made to YOUR specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced product may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
